aitf.studio accepts returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. 

Please contact us at shop@aitf.studio within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn, unwashed and sent back in its original packaging.

Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to aitf.studio avoiding any discrepancy.

Item/s that will not match aitf.studio's return policy will not be taken into consideration and sent back to the customer at his own cost.

Please note that aitf.studio can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.

In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers can contact the aitf.studio team via email at shop@aitf.studio, stating the order number, reason for return and whether it's a request for product exchange or a refund.

Domestic and international orders are sent via UPS. Please allow 2-3 business days to process and ship orders.

aitf.studio will only ship to the address provided at checkout. aitf.studio do not offer signature confirmation and we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight and destination.

Tracking confirmation is sent by text or email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a confirmation please email shop@aitf.studio for further assistance.

Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

aitf.studio is not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

Shipping costs for each specific geographic area are calculated at checkout.

Please note that in case that, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.

This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.
